'I was more of a mom than Jaime,' Mara said in an appointment with the UK's Expose journal. 'Whenever she desired to go out or shop, she did not take the kids. She would always keep them at house with me.'

But activities took a dreadful convert in Goal 2008, when Mayra experienced her sis hit Eliseo Jr. ‘Jaime was providing my nephew morning meal and he did not want to eat,’ says Mayra. ‘I informed her if he was weeping he was not going to eat, but she got mad, got a sweep and hit him on his hands, feet and go which remaining a push. Afterwards, she got his Winnie the Winnie the pooh cover, protected him up and put him to bed. Then she went out, making me with the kids.'

'I wasn’t surprised,' says Mayra. 'Jaime is into a lot of bad things and I understood why she did it.'
As the trial date approached, prosecutors became suspicious at Mayra's account that she fell on Eliseo Jr. Mayra decided at that point to come clean with a confession that would incriminate her sister.

Testifying from her bed at house under promise, she confessed that Jaime was behind the misuse.

On that evening Younger did not want to eat and she got disappointed and she hit him on the go with a hairbrush. The pressure of the situation triggered Mayra's wellness to decline to the factor that she had to be confessed to a medical center for the super-obese, where she continues to be these days, limited to a medical center bed. When a frequent emergency vehicle was too little to transportation her, a elimination vehicle had to be used.

‘I started maintaining more water in my feet and they got so difficult,’ she says. ‘The epidermis is so expanded out that it affects. It seems like my feet are going to pop like a increase. Sometimes the blisters start up and water definitely like out. I considered if we should amputate

'Sometimes I got mad. I tried not to show it that much because I didn’t want anyone feeling bad for me. It was like I was in prison, with chains holding me there so I couldn’t move.’
Mayra has suffered chronic skin infections around her body caused by the folds of fat in her skin, and doctors attempting to treat her have removed several litres of fat and fluid from around her body.
In the first 12 weeks of hospital treatment she shed 20 stone.

Today it’s like I’m getting a new chance. I never gave up on hope and faith that some day my life will change
